A Message from the Principal

Welcome to Grace Lutheran School, where we envision a school transformed by the love of Jesus.  It is only God’s Word that transforms lives.  At Grace Lutheran School, we offer an exceptional education that has as its foundation the love of Jesus. We are committed to academic excellence and seek the best means of success for each of our students.  

As a WASC accredited school, our dedicated teachers seek to develop the skills and God-given talents in all of our students.  Students at all grade levels benefit from a rigorous and challenging academic program that develops their fundamental skills in reading, math, writing, social studies, foreign language, physical education as well as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and music).  We value working together over being alone, since growth and change best happen in community.  Our parents know we value their family and seek to build bridges over building walls because grace compels us to meet people (our students and their families) where they are.  We encourage parents to become involved in their child’s educational experiences through field trips, class activities, our PTL (Parent Teacher League) and a variety of extracurricular activities of sports, music, drama, and arts offered here at Grace. We want to empower our students and families to disciple, because Jesus calls us to be the Church, not just go to church. Our community calls for us to reach them with the love of Christ in everything we say and do, because “all things speak”!  We want to teach our students as they leave this school to be the love of Christ to the communities where they will go.  My prayer for Grace Lutheran School, and for you, is to be a part of this wonderful community to see Jesus in all that we do here.  Transforming lives, one child at a time.
